Clean Bond
Applying Pancrete is easy. There are times when you have to deal with exceptionally tough conditions inside your air handler, such as rusted, flaked metal on pans or tars and oils on the surfaces. There also may be situations where you just want assurance you are getting the best adhesion of Pancrete you possibly can get.
Many older HVAC condensate drain pans have rusted surfaces and flakey deposits. Surfaces may also contain oily deposits and other debris. There may be areas where in spite of the applicators best efforts, he is not secure in knowing the surfaces are adequately prepared for good bonding. Areas under the coil may be such areas of concern.
In these cases, Clean-Bond™ from Controlled Release Technologies provides a double-punch when it comes to cleaning and increasing adhesion.
Clean-Bond™ helps to insure that oily deposits and residues from cleaning are efficiently removed from cleaned surfaces. It allows grit, grime and oils to be removed more easily using less work, less scrubbing.
As a molecular degreaser, it picks up residual oils and small particles, attaching them to attach to Clean-Bond. The Clean-Bond is then rinsed down the drain while leaving behind a specially formulated bonding agent specifically created for the Pancrete Family.

Clean-Bond™ is used as an additional adhesion promoter for the Pancrete family of products where the user is concerned about having even greater adhesion.
Clean-Bond™ is green in nature, and contains no NPEs ( nonylphenol ethoxylates), APEs which are considered to be endocrine disrupters.
Usage:
Clean-Bond™ is used without dilution as an cleaner / adhesion promoter for the Pancrete family of products.
